بعد الفطور الطازج من الفواكه والعصائر الاستوائية، تبدأ المغامرات — جولة بالقارب بين الجزر، شاطئ “مايا” الأسطوري ، أو لقاء دافئ مع الفيلة في محمية طبيعية. After a fresh breakfast of tropical fruits and juices, the adventures begin — a boat trip between the islands, a visit to the legendary Maya Beach , or a heartwarming encounter with elephants at a nature sanctuary.

بعد وصولك إلى مطار بوكيت ، سننقلك من المطار After you arrive at Phuket Airport, we will arrange your transfer from the airport.

الفيزا Visa Information
- ✧ سكان دول الخليج لا يحتاجون فيزا الى تايلاند Residents of Gulf countries do not need a visa to Thailand

Feeling guilty is completely natural, and almost every woman who has joined us has experienced it. Our retreat is designed for mature women, many of whom are in their thirties, forties, fifties, and beyond — women who have lived, carried responsibilities, and are now ready to create space for themselves. You are not too old for this. In fact, this may be the perfect time.
أخاف أن يكون الجوّ “روحانيًّا” أكثر من اللازم؟ I am worried the experience may be too spiritual.

خصوصيتكِ خطٌّ أحمر عندنا. لا ننشر أيّ صورةٍ لكِ دون إذنكِ الصريح، ويمكنكِ أن تطلبي ألّا تظهري في أيّ تصوير على الإطلاق — ونحترم ذلك تمامًا. Your privacy is extremely important to us. We will never publish a photo of you without your clear permission. You may also request not to appear in any photos or videos at all, and we will fully respect your decision.
ماذا لو احتجت وقتًا لنفسي بعيدًا عن المجموعة؟ What if I need time alone away from the group?
البرنامج متوازن — فيه لحظاتٌ جماعية دافئة، ووقتٌ حرٌّ لنفسكِ. لستِ مضطرّة لحضور كل شيء بأقصى طاقة. اسمعي لجسدكِ، وخذي ما تحتاجينه. The program is balanced between warm group experiences and personal free time. You are not expected to attend every moment with maximum energy. Listen to your body and take the space you need.
هل سأسافر بمفردي؟ Will I be traveling alone?
معظم المشاركات يأتين بمفردهنّ — وهذا أجمل ما في الأمر. لن تكوني وسط غريبات، بل وسط نساءٍ يشبهنكِ، في بيئةٍ نسائيةٍ دافئة وآمنة تنشأ فيها صداقاتٌ حقيقية. وإن اخترتِ غرفةً مزدوجة، سنساعدكِ في إيجاد رفيقةٍ مناسبة. صلاح ودعاء معكِ من لحظةِ الوصول حتى الوداع. Most participants arrive on their own — and this is often one of the most beautiful parts of the experience. You will not be surrounded by strangers for long, but by women who understand you, within a warm and safe environment where genuine friendships naturally develop. If you choose a shared room, we will help match you with a suitable roommate. Salah and Duaa will be with you from arrival until farewell.
أخشى السفر إلى بلدٍ جديد؟ I am nervous about traveling to a new country.

هل تذكرة الطيران مشمولة؟ Are international flights included?
بما أن المشاركات في رحلاتنا يسافرن من مختلف أنحاء الوطن العربي والعالم، فمن الصعب أن نشمل تذاكر الطيران ضمن السعر. لكن لدينا قسم يساعد في حجز تذاكر الطيران؛ يمكنكِ التواصل معنا لنساعدكِ، أو يمكنكِ شراء التذكرة بنفسكِ.
Because our participants travel from different parts of the Arab world and around the globe, international flights are not included in the retreat price. However, our flight-booking team can assist you with finding and booking a suitable ticket, or you may arrange your flight independently.

تستطيعين السفر معنا من أي مكان في العالم. كل مشاركة تسافر من مدينتها، ونلتقي في مطار البلد الذي تبدأ منه الرحلة.
You can join us from anywhere in the world. Each participant travels from her own city, and we meet at the airport in the country where the retreat begins.
هل تستطيعون مساعدتي بالتأشيرة؟ Can you help me with the visa?
على كل مشاركة التأكد من احتياجها إلى تأشيرة قبل السفر، وإتمام جميع الإجراءات المتعلقة بها. نستطيع تزويدكِ بأوراق حجز الفندق أو معلوماته، ولكن ليس لدينا قسم لإصدار التأشيرات.
Each participant is responsible for checking whether she requires a visa and completing the relevant application procedures before traveling. We can provide hotel reservation documents or hotel information when needed, but we do not have a department that issues visas.
كيف نظام التقسيط؟ How do the payment plans work?
يمكنكِ تقسيط مبلغ الرحلة عبر موقع سول ستار مباشرة، بدون وساطة البنوك وبدون فوائد، على 4 دفعات أو أكثر، على أن يتم استكمال جميع الدفعات قبل موعد الرحلة.
You can pay for the retreat directly through the Soul Star website in four or more interest-free installments, without involving a bank. All installments must be completed before the retreat begins.
ما هي سياسة الاسترداد؟ What is the refund policy?
- قبل 45 يومًا أو أكثر: يتم خصم 15% واسترداد المبلغ المتبقي.
- بين 30 و45 يومًا: يتم خصم 50%، ويكون المبلغ المتبقي رصيدًا لرحلات مستقبلية.
- قبل 29 يومًا أو أقل: لا يوجد استرداد.
- يمكن لشخص آخر السفر بدلًا منكِ عند إبلاغنا قبل أسبوع من بداية الرحلة.
- في حال كان المبلغ المدفوع أقل من قيمة الرحلة الكلية، يتم خصم نسبة الإلغاء من قيمة الرحلة كاملة، وليس من قيمة المبلغ المدفوع فقط.
في حال كان عدد المشتركين 8 أو أقل، قد يتم إلغاء الرحلة أو تأجيلها. وفي كلتا الحالتين يتم إرجاع المبلغ المدفوع كاملًا للمشترك.
حرصًا على راحتكم وطمأنينتكم، في حال تعذّر تنفيذ الرحلة بسبب ظروف قاهرة أو أحداث خارجة عن السيطرة، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر الحروب، والتوترات الجيوسياسية، والكوارث الطبيعية أو القيود الحكومية، يُحفظ المبلغ المدفوع كرصيد باسمكم لدى الشركة، قابل للاستخدام في أي من الرحلات أو البرامج مستقبلًا، دون أي تاريخ انتهاء.
- 45 days or more before the retreat: 15% is deducted, and the remaining amount is refunded.
- Between 30 and 45 days before the retreat: 50% is deducted, and the remaining amount is kept as credit for a future Soul Star trip.
- 29 days or fewer before the retreat: no refund is available.
- Another person may travel in your place, provided that you notify us at least one week before the retreat begins.
- When the amount already paid is less than the retreat's full price, the applicable cancellation percentage is calculated based on the retreat's total price, not only the amount already paid.
If the number of participants is eight or fewer, the retreat may be canceled or postponed. In either case, the amount paid will be fully refunded to the participant.
For your comfort and peace of mind, if the retreat cannot be operated due to force majeure or events beyond our control—including, but not limited to, war, geopolitical tensions, natural disasters, or government restrictions—the amount paid will be retained as credit in your name with the company. This credit may be used for any future Soul Star retreat or program and will not expire.

- أوافق على حضور جميع الجلسات والمشاركة في كامل البرنامج، وأعلم تمامًا أن هذا ريتريت وليس رحلة سياحية، وأن هذه التجربة مخصصة للأشخاص الراغبين في خوض رحلة وعي ونمو، والانغماس في أجواء من التأمل والسكون والتواصل مع الذات.
- نرجو الامتناع عن التدخين في المناطق المشتركة وأثناء التنقل والأنشطة، حفاظًا على راحة الجميع.
- نأمل من الجميع التحلي بالاحترام المتبادل وتجنّب الأحكام أو الأحاديث السلبية أو النميمة.
- استمتعي بوقتكِ وحاولي الابتعاد عن صفحات التواصل الاجتماعي أو استخدام الهاتف المحمول أثناء الأنشطة الجماعية.
- من المهم تواجدكِ مع المجموعة خلال الأنشطة، فوجودكِ يُثري التجربة ويُعزز روح المشاركة.
- نُقدّر التزامكِ بالجدول والتواجد في الوقت المحدد لكل نشاط.
- نرجو احترام الطبيعة بعدم رمي النفايات أو إطعام الحيوانات.
- بما أنكِ في رحلة للصحة والعافية، نوصي بتجنّب الكحول خلال الرحلة، ولا يمكن المشاركة في أي نشاط تحت تأثيره أو شربه ضمن المجموعة.

- I agree to attend the sessions and participate in the complete program. I understand that this is a retreat, not an ordinary holiday, and that the experience is designed for people who wish to explore awareness, growth, stillness, meditation, and a deeper connection with themselves.
- Please avoid smoking in shared spaces, during transportation, and throughout group activities out of consideration for everyone's comfort.
- We ask everyone to practice mutual respect and avoid judgment, negative conversations, or gossip.
- Enjoy your time and try to step away from social media and limit mobile-phone use during group activities.
- Your presence during the activities is important, as it enriches the experience and strengthens the spirit of participation.
- We appreciate your commitment to the schedule and your punctuality for every activity.
- Please respect nature by avoiding littering and not feeding animals.
- As this is a wellness journey, we recommend avoiding alcohol throughout the retreat. Participants may not join activities while under its influence or consume it within the group.
